You pay one month in advance rates are weekly full weeks only, full unused weeks are refunded on return of keys and emptying of store. There is a small key deposit.
10 ft x 8ft store are £23.00 per week or part week these have an area of 80 square feet and have a volume of 640 cubic feet or in metric they are approx 3 x 2.4meteres have an area of 7.2 sq m and a volume of 17.3 cubic meters. In simple terms these are about the size of a spare bedroom or single garage.
20ft x 8ft store are £27.00 per week or part week and these have an area of 160 sq feet a volume of 1280 cubic feet or in metric the sizes are approx 6 x 2.4 m area of 14.4 square m and a volume of 34.6 sq m in simple terms around the size of a double garage.
To hire a store :
Ring us on 0191 549-4571 and arrange to meet us on site weekdays where we will fill out a hire agreement and take payment for the first months hire.
You will need:

2 forms of identification usually a utility bill and a driving licence

A method of payment, we accept credit card or debit cards
For a 10 ft unit You will need to pay 4 weeks hire in advance of £23.00 per week + the key deposit of £20.00 . Meaning that a 10ft x 8ft unit will cost £23 x 4 + £20 = £ 112.00 for the first 4 weeks hire. £92 per 4 weeks thereafter.
For a 20 ft unit You will need to pay 4 weeks hire in advance of £27.00 per week + the key deposit of £20.00 . Meaning that a 20ft x 8ft unit will cost £27 x 4 + £20 = £ 128.00 for the first 4 weeks hire. £108 per 4 weeks thereafter.
Remember that our minimum hire period is only 1 week , so we will refund any pre paid weeks you do not use.
